Anti-Spam & Email Policy

Airrya (“we,” “us”) is committed to responsible email practices and maintains a strict policy against the sending of unsolicited bulk email (“spam”). This policy governs all email communications sent by Airrya, our employees, and any third parties acting on our behalf.
Our commitment
We do not send unsolicited bulk email. All commercial email we send is business-to-business correspondence directed to specific business contacts for legitimate business purposes, and complies with the United States CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 and applicable regulations.
Every commercial email we send includes
- A clear and accurate identification of Airrya as the sender, with a valid, monitored reply address.
- A truthful, non-deceptive subject line that reflects the content of the message.
- Our valid physical postal mailing address.
- A clear and functioning method to opt out of future communications.
Opt-out and suppression
We honor every opt-out request promptly. When a recipient asks to be removed, or replies indicating they do not wish to be contacted, we add them to a permanent suppression list and cease further communication. We do not sell, rent, or share our contact lists, and we do not transfer opt-out requests to third parties for the purpose of resuming contact.
Authentication and security
All email sent from our domains is authenticated using SPF, DKIM, and DMARC (with a DMARC policy of "reject") to protect recipients from spoofing and to ensure the integrity of our communications.
Third parties and affiliates
We require any third party or service provider that sends email on our behalf to adhere to this policy in full. We do not authorize, condone, or engage affiliates or partners to advertise Airrya or our website (airrya.com) through unsolicited messages.
Reporting
If you believe you have received email from Airrya that does not conform to this policy, or wish to be removed from all communications, contact us at hello@airrya.com and we will investigate and act promptly.
