How it works
De-risked, on purpose.
You've heard the stat — most AI projects fail. Our entire process exists so yours isn't one of them.
The engagement, end to end
Four phases. You approve every step of the way.
- Week 0
Fit call (free, 20 min)
You tell us how the business runs. We tell you honestly whether an audit is worth $3,500 to you. About a third of the time, we point people somewhere else.
- Weeks 1–2
The AI Audit
Interviews with you and your department leads. We map workflows, count volumes, and price the waste. Deliverable: your ranked automation roadmap with ROI math, presented live.
- Weeks 3–8
First Department Sprint
Fixed scope from the roadmap: 3–5 automations, built, integrated, tested with your real data, and your team trained. You approve everything an automation sends or files until you're comfortable letting it run.
- Ongoing
Care Plan
We watch the systems, you watch the monthly numbers. One improvement ships every quarter. Add the next department when the first one's paying for itself.
Approval before autonomy
What “human-in-the-loop” means
Every automation we build starts in approval mode — it drafts, you click send. Nothing touches your customers or your books without a human okay until you decide it's earned autonomy. This is the single biggest reason our deployments stick when DIY projects stall.
Numbers, not vibes
What we measure
Every sprint defines its numbers up front: hours saved per week, response time, error rate, items processed. Your monthly Care Plan report shows them. If a build isn't hitting its numbers, fixing it is our problem — that's what the warranty means.
Start with the 20-minute fit call.
No pitch, no pressure — we'll tell you honestly whether an audit is worth it. About a third of the time, we point people elsewhere.
