STEP ONE — ALWAYS
Two weeks. One map of everything worth automating.
The audit is how every engagement starts: a fixed-fee, two-week diagnostic that turns “we should use AI somewhere” into a ranked list of exactly where, what it's worth, and what it costs to build.
What it is
We spend two weeks inside your operations — interviewing you and your department leads, mapping every repetitive workflow, and pricing the waste. You end with a roadmap you own outright, whether or not you ever build with us. $3,500 flat, credited in full toward your first sprint.
What we're looking for
An “automation opportunity” is not a buzzword to us. It's one specific, nameable workflow with a number attached — and finding them is a repetitive craft:
The repetitive work
What does each person do weekly that follows the same pattern? Quotes, invoices, scheduling, follow-ups, re-keying data between systems.
The volumes
How many times a month, how long each time, who does it. Volume × time × loaded cost = what the workflow really costs you.
The leaks
What a mistake costs, what a slow response loses, what never gets followed up on. Error cost is usually bigger than labor cost.
The systems
What software each workflow touches, and how automatable the connection is. A clean API and a 1998 desktop app are different projects.
How we score it
Every opportunity gets scored on four factors: hours consumed per month, error and leakage cost, automation feasibility, and adoption risk (does it touch customers, will the team trust it). The math produces a build order — the top of the list is where payback is fastest and the build is safest. No vibes, no vendor favorites; the spreadsheet comes with the report.
What you walk away with
The full inventory
Every repetitive workflow we found — typically 15–30 — each with volumes, time cost, and score. Most owners have never seen their own operations laid out like this.
Deep math on the top five
The five best opportunities, each with the ROI worked: what it costs you today, what the build costs, payback period.
A fixed quote for Sprint One

The honest version
If we find nothing worth building, we'll tell you that. It's happened — and those owners still walked away with a costed map of their own operations they'd never had. The audit is only worth $3,500 if the answer is allowed to be no.
