Every workflow watched for failures, slowdowns, and drift. Most issues are caught and fixed before you'd have noticed.
Fixes when things change
Your CRM updates its API, an AI model gets deprecated, a form changes — we absorb the maintenance that would otherwise land on nobody's desk.
The monthly report
Plain English, one page: hours saved, items processed, dollars recovered, issues caught, what changed. The numbers that justify the plan, delivered without being asked.
One improvement per quarter
A built enhancement from your roadmap's backlog — not a suggestion, a shipped improvement. Care Plans get better over time, not just maintained.
Response times in writing
Defined response windows in your agreement. When something matters, you know exactly how fast we move.
The monthly report, described
The first thing on it is the number you care about — what the systems did for you this month, in hours and dollars. Then: exceptions flagged and how they resolved, anything we fixed before it surfaced, and what's queued next. Five minutes to read. If a report ever takes longer than that, we've failed at the point of it.
